Satisfaction Commitment

Your satisfaction is our commitment. 

We want you to be happy with the product you receive and that the product you purchase from us fits your needs. Below are our return and exchange policies.

Purchased but did not use and product is still in new condition.

We will accept returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once the product is returned we will refund the 100% of the total original purchase cost of the product via the original payment method. If an exchange for a different product is desired, we will ship the other product at no cost once the original product is received back. Exchanges for a product of less cost will result in a refund of the difference, an exchange for a product of more cost will require additional payment. No refund or additional payment will occur for exchanges of products of the same cost.

Purchased and used but does not fit needs.

We will accept returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once the product is returned we will refund 50% of the total original purchase cost of the product via the original payment method.

Purchased and used but product is defective.

If a defective product is received, it may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be shipped back to us for defect evaluation and a new replacement will be mailed at no cost. An RMA is mandatory and upon request a shipping label for return shipping will be emailed to cover the cost of return shipping of the defective product. The exchange product will not be shipped until the defective product is received back.

Requirements for all Returns and Exchanges

A return request is required to be submitted prior to return in which we will provide you an RMA#. You must include your original order number and the RMA# with the return product.

We reserve the right to not accept returns  or exchanges on certain orders.
